Reiner Schöne, born on Jan. 19, 1942 in Fritzlar, East Germany,
where he had studied serious theater and singing, before deciding to cross over to the West...
was catapulted onto the stage in Munich to play one of the leads in HAARE/HAIR:
BERGER. A character he knew nothing about. But he learned fast.
After HAIR, Reiner landed the title roles in the German stage productions of
JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and HAMLET;
he has recorded 7 albums, the current one being "Gnadenlos verliebt",
on Koch International, CD 341 81-2 PC 07

Reiner is the only German actor who was on STAR TREK - THE NEXT GENERATION (Esoqq) and BABYLON 5 (Dukath, Supreme Leader of the Minbari).

MORTAL KOMBAT ANNIHILATION (Shinnok).
Reiner lives with his wife, blues singer Francesca Capasso,
two dogs and four cats rescued from various shelters,
on a small ranch near Los Angeles.

He is currently working on his eigth album,
putting a new band together,
and trying to get a few of his own movie projects off the ground.
